12 Week Group Sessions $500

Join our 12 Week Group Lifting Session taking place Thursday Nights at 5:30 pm starting October 18th, 2018.
This one a week group session is for novice lifters looking to try something new, get into shape or learn proper lifting techniques.
Includes an Alpha Power and Performance T-shirt and a booklet to track your progress week to week.

Single Sessions $65

Minimum 4 session commitment $260.
Available times are limited.

Double Session $110

Double Session would include 2 people training at the same time.
This is perfect for couples looking to get fit together, increase strength and endurance.
Minimum 4 session commitment $440
Available times are limited for 2 person sessions.
